Orders are confirmed only after payment verification, inventory confirmation, and issuance of an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock availability, or legal requirements.

We do not store complete payment card information.

9. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently deliver within India.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates only.
  • Delays caused by logistics partners, weather, strikes, force majeure, or government restrictions are beyond our control.

10. Returns, Warranty & Refunds

Unless specifically stated otherwise, all sales are final.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect ordering
  • Preference changes

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

Products damaged during transit or found non-functional must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Warranty

Warranty coverage is subject to our published warranty policy.

Warranty does not cover:

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, graphics, designs, software, documentation, videos, and website content remain the property of Terraluxe Concepts Private Limited or its licensors.

No content may be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.

Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they shall be referred to arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
