All products sold on the Platform are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds after a purchase is completed.

RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?

Dead on Arrival (DOA) — Free Replacement

If your product is defective or non-functional right out of the box — what we call Dead on Arrival (DOA) — we've got you covered with a free replacement.

Step-by-step: How to get a replacement

  1. Raise a Support Ticket
    Email us at support@bunkit.co.in within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Share Evidence
    You may be asked to share photographs or a short video clearly showing the defect.
  3. Technician Verification
    A Bunk technician will review your claim and verify the reported defect.
  4. Replacement Dispatched
    Once the defect is confirmed, a replacement unit will be shipped to your address at no additional charge.
  5. Defective Unit Collected
    The defective product will be collected from you at the time of or after the replacement delivery.

DOA Eligibility

What qualifies as DOA?

  • Manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery.
  • Product is completely non-functional on first use.
  • Hardware failure due to no fault of the customer.

What does NOT qualify?

  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
  • Damage caused by unauthorised modifications or repairs.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Cosmetic issues that do not affect product functionality.
  • DOA tickets raised after 7 days of delivery.

Important — Please Note: DOA replacement requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of delivery. Claims raised after this window will not be eligible for replacement and will instead be covered under the standard warranty.

If a product issue arises after the 7-day DOA period, it will be handled under the standard warranty terms applicable to your specific product.
